The NHBC (Not Hearing Beaumont's Complaint or No Houses Built Correctly) does not accept that there is anything wrong with the following in my Persimmon home:
1)Plaster defects such as the nail pops and plasterboard joins see NHBC report
2) Retaining walls not built with the engineers design which specifies engineerings bricks
3) That the girder truss has not been bolted together properly as per the manufacturer's requirements causing a 'sag in the ceiling'
4) Missing cavity trays in four locations
5) The conservatory foundation not deep enough
6) Plus many other defects
7) Despite all this evidence NHBC position remains the same!!
